Privacy notice

  • Who we are. This site is run by Macroagri Limited LLC ("MACROAGRI"), Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE (licence MC 14196). We are responsible for the personal data you send us through it.
  • What we collect. When you use one of our forms (Offtake, Supply, Carbon, Power, Data waitlist, Propose a project or Contact), we collect your name, work email, organisation if you give it, your area of interest, your message and your consent. We also record which form you used.
  • Why we use it. We use it to reply to you and to discuss the supply, offtake, data or project you asked about. We do this on the basis of your consent and your request. We don't sell your data.
  • Who handles it for us. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred and stored outside the UAE. They act only on our instructions. Vercel may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site.
  • How long we keep it. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal requirement.
  • Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by sending a message through our Contact form.
  • Cookies and analytics. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
  • Changes. We may update this notice and will change the date above when we do.
  • Law. This notice is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the UAE, including the UAE data protection law.
