The Investments & Funds arm of MACROAGRI
Axelrod is the dedicated Investments & Funds department of MACROAGRI. It is responsible for deploying and managing the Company’s own capital into agricultural enterprises, climate technology, and carbon projects. Axelrod operates as an internal department only. It does not raise or manage external investor funds.
PAKISTAN INITIATIVE · PRE-SEED
A current allocation under structuring is a pre-seed majority stake in a Pakistani agricultural enterprise that MACROAGRI is in the process of establishing. Intended activities, once the enterprise is operational, include farming and agricultural trading. The initiative is not operating at this time.
Regional trials of the model have recorded return on capital of up to 50%. That result is historical and limited to those trials; it is not a performance undertaking.
MANDATE
MACROAGRI invests as a principal. Axelrod is the internal function that executes that work: it places company capital into agricultural enterprises and related climate and carbon systems. Responsibility for the assets remains with the Company. MACROAGRI seeks capital contributions that fall within its licensed activities, so that they become the Company’s own funds.

Axelrod deploys and administers MACROAGRI’s own capital, including genuine assignments that become part of those resources. It is not a vehicle for external subscription, and it does not manage assets on behalf of outside investors.

Positions are taken as principal, concentrated where land, technology, and carbon outcomes can be understood and governed. Review is against operating evidence rather than short-cycle signals.

Selected records of allocation, provenance, and change are held on internal systems, including private blockchain where appropriate, so that those responsible for the assets retain a clear view of how company capital has been placed.
CAPITAL ASSIGNMENT
Interested parties may express interest or reserve an option to assign capital to MACROAGRI. Once assigned, such capital becomes part of the Company’s own resources under its licensed investment activities.
This is not an offer of an investment product, a fund interest, or a promised return. Correspondence concerns capital that would belong to the Company.
Axelrod is an internal department of MACROAGRI. It does not offer investment products, accept subscriptions, or manage capital for third parties.
